Due to hygiene reasons, wigs, bundles and lash services cannot be returned/refunded once used or worn.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist.

Deposits for lash appointments are non refundable if cancellations occur outside our cancellation policy.
