Bookings secured with a deposit are subject to the following terms:

• Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment or do not attend your appointment.
• If you provide at least 24 hours’ notice, your deposit may be transferred to one future appointment.
• The remaining balance is payable at the time of your appointment unless otherwise agreed.
• If All.Ways Her. needs to reschedule or cancel your appointment, your deposit can be transferred to a new booking or refunded.
• By paying a deposit, you agree to these terms.
