Due to hygiene reasons, wigs, hair extensions and lash services cannot be returned once used or worn.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist.

Deposits for lash appointments are non-refundable if cancellations occur outside our cancellation policy.

We are committed to ensuring every customer has a positive experience.

For Human Hair Wigs:

  • Returns accepted within 30 days.
  • Wig must be unworn.
  • Lace must be uncut.
  • Original packaging required.
  • Custom-made wigs cannot be returned unless faulty.

For Lash Appointments:

  • 24 hours notice for cancellations.
  • Deposits are non-refundable if cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or for no-shows.
  • Deposits can be transferred once if enough notice is given.
